Refill water buckets ( to maintain humidity levels)
Batteries in fire/smoke/carbon alarms (once a month)
Windows/doors (closed, locked, glass breakage, water incursion)
Rodent and/or insect for incursion
Visually inspect landscaping & ensure sprinkler system is operational
For damage to house/roof/grounds
Water levels in pool/spa
Bring in any mail/packages/fliers/newspapers/phone books

Ensure that all patios/decks/walkways are kept clear of debris

Everything that is in the Sliver Package but on a weekly basis plus, start vehicles and check tires, golf cart tires & battery (charge once a month)
BRONZE SERVICE: MONTHLY VISIT DEPENDING ON SERVICES NEEDED AND LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY
Everything that in the Sliver Package
but on a once a month basis.
Any additional visits would be the hourly rate.
